Is winning accolades and admiration from the crowd around you what you dream about? Is getting the highest position in your class a strong desire in you? Do you clearly see the link between the freedom from complexes, failures and disappointments, with all the pleasant things that spell success?
The more serious you are about what you want, the stronger your will power will be. When you believe, “I can do it” then “how to do it” develops and proceeds to the work done. “Okay, I will give it a try, but I don’t think it will work” type of attitude produces failure because it is beginning with a low level of desire and disbelief, which is a negative power that attracts doubt and reason to support the mind’s negative state.
Attaining success is not as easy as dreaming about it, therefore one has to work hard, be modest and persistent till the goal is within one’s reach. It is very important to be patient and keep trying twice, thrice, struggle without getting discouraged till the goal is achieved.
There are of course certain times when things go wrong and despite hard work, one gets to face unexpected failure but hope should never be lost, one should put up with adversities and continue trying.
No one can deny the importance of certain factors like the role of parents, their understanding, support and expectation or overall the circumstances one has to act within; but the very fact that even in a uniform situation, different people’ s performance bring about different result, shows that every individual’s attitude and approach plays an important role in attaining success. The one, who always looks for the factors which are going to interfere with the process he/she is planning to start, about the barriers and about all the limitations and negation forces, will find many reasons to develop a habit of procrastinating and finally reaching the level of experiencing unsuccessful moments. It is indeed a true statement, “think doubt and fail, think victory and succeed.”
